Starting pay rate: $$65,000-$95,000 per year

Essential Job Functions:
- Planning and organizing the responsibilities of all technicians
- Ensuring compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations
- Implementing a preventive maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all daily operations
- Managing the training and professional development of the maintenance employees while also motivating and evaluating them
- Checking sites frequently for issues and required maintenance
- Blueprint reading
- Hire, training and fire employees
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual strongly preferred.
- Must have maintenance lead/supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Must have 3 years lead experience
- Electrical and plumbing experience
